Beef Kebab ? Grec ? Tacos al Pastor ? 牛肉ケバブ

As we were watching TV, they featured a DIY kebab video, so we made our own. We didn’t roast it on a spit like the kebab shops, but the taste is the real deal! By all means, please try eating this with vegetables and the like wrapped up in a tortilla. You may even be able to become a kebab shop yourself!?
*Recipe* ( Enough for 12 sandwich wraps with plenty of kebab)
1. In a bowl, add 1.5 tablespoons of paprika, 1 tablespoon of chili powder, .5 tablespoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of oregano powder (if using oregano seasoning, use .5 tablespoon), .5 tablespoon of cumin seeds, .5 tablespoons of salt, .5 tablespoons of black pepper, 50 grams of vinegar, and 200 ml of pineapple juice and mix together.
2. Cut 700 grams of beef thigh meat (this time, we used natural beef thigh block from Australia (outer thigh) that cost 119 yen per 100 grams) into pieces about 8 millimeters thick.
3. Put step 2 into step 1 and let marinate for about 2 hours.
4. Cut the pineapple. Cut one slice into a one centimeter piece and the next into a 2 centimeter piece.
5. Put 2 skewers into the 2 centimeter piece from step 4. We used 18 centimeter skewers intended for hot dogs.
6. Add pieces of meat from step 3 to the skewers one by one. If you add thin slices of beef lard between layers, it will come out juicy when grilled.
7. Lastly, add the 1 centimeter piece of pineapple to the skewer, and bake in an oven preheated to 160 degrees Celsius. Bake 25 minutes→ flip over→ bake for 10 minutes→ cover with foil→ bake for 50 minutes, for a total of 86 minutes baked.
8. While it’s still warm, slice off and enjoy. Put your favorite vegetables and the kebab in a tortilla, add sauce, and try eating as a kebab wrap. It’s delicious!

Sauce: Add one teaspoon of grated garlic, one tablespoon of lemon juice, and 3 sticks worth of pickle relish (about 70 grams) to 180 grams of plain yogurt, add a little bit of salt and pepper and mix for sauce.


*レシピ*(たっぷり ケバブ12ラップサンド 分)
1.ボウルにパプリカパウダー 大さじ 1と1/2、チリパウダー 大さじ 1、ガーリックパウダー 大さじ 1/2、オレガノパウダー 小さじ 1(オレガノシーズニングの場合は 大さじ 1/2)、クミンシード 大さじ 1/2、塩 大さじ 1/2、黒胡椒 大さじ 1/2、酢 50g、パイナップルジュース 200mlを入れ混ぜる。
2.牛 もも肉 700g(今回、オーストラリア産 ナチュラルビーフ もも肉ブロック(外もも)100g当り 199円 を使いました)を8ミリほどの厚さに切り分ける。

ソース:プレーンヨーグルト 180gにすりおろしにんにく 小さじ 1、レモン汁 大さじ 1、刻みピクルス 3本分(およそ70g)、塩・コショウ 少々を入れ混ぜたものです。
